Refund Policy – ZJJ Trucking

ZJJ Trucking provides freight transportation and logistics services under confirmed rate agreements and scheduled dispatches. Unless otherwise stated in a signed contract, all service fees, booking charges, and transportation costs are non-refundable once service delivery has begun or a dispatch has been scheduled and assigned.

If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@jeanpoolmedia.cc. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of ZJJ Trucking.

ZJJ Trucking reserves the right to update pricing, fuel surcharges, accessorial fees, and other service-related charges at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings or agreements and will not retroactively impact charges already invoiced or paid.

No refunds or credits will be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or failure to comply with contractual obligations.

Additionally, ZJJ Trucking does not offer refunds or compensation for service interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by factors outside of our control — including weather events, mechanical failures, or regulatory compliance holds — unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
