Cancellation Policy – ZJJ Trucking

You may cancel a scheduled freight service, delivery, or recurring logistics agreement with ZJJ Trucking by providing written notice prior to the start of the scheduled dispatch, delivery window, or renewal period. Cancellations made after a dispatch has been initiated or within short notice of the scheduled service may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement or rate confirmation.

If your access to our services is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or violation of contractual obligations, refunds or credits for any remaining or unused services will not be issued.

Upon cancellation or termination of services, any related shipment data or account records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to retain or request any relevant documentation, including invoices, tracking summaries, or delivery confirmations, before the cancellation is finalized.

ZJJ Trucking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any logistics offering, service tier, or pricing structure at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in such cases will only be provided if clearly stated in a separate written agreement.
